Job Title: Lead Manager (Only for NRI)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals specializing in Non-Resident Indian (NRI) services to achieve business objectives.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain NRI clients, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members in handling complex NRI transactions, ensuring high standards of service.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating risks associated with NRI services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including other departments, to ensure the smooth execution of NRI projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing NRI clients and leading teams.
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding of NRI banking, investment products, and services.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on NRI clients.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with NRI clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred by the NRI client base is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for NRI banking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Certifications:
