Job Title: Lifeguard

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise pool and beach areas to ensure the safety of guests.
- Enforce pool and beach rules and regulations.
- Provide first aid and CPR in case of emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool and beach facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool and beach areas.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or accidents in the pool or beach.
- Educate guests about water safety and the importance of adhering to rules.
- Conduct swim tests and assess swimming abilities of guests.
- Keep accurate records of pool usage and incidents.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-year experience in the hotel industry as a lifeguard.
- Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of water safety.
- Certification in lifeguard training, CPR, and first aid.
- Familiarity with on-site protocols, operational procedures, and safety policies.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for providing on-site emergency medical services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- A female candidate is preferred.
