Position: Regional Finance Manager

One of the top international companies located in Jordan is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Finance Manager. The Regional Finance Manager plays a crucial role in enabling the company's management to make informed business decisions and achieve organizational objectives. The primary responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations to upper management, and contributing to the development and implementation of financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct financial analysis to support sound business decisions.
2. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management based on day-to-day financial activities.
3. Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.
4. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
5. Oversee general accounting functions, including the general ledger, billing, and month-end processing.
6. Manage the activities and responsibilities of the finance and accounting team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in the same field with a solid 3+ years as a Financial Manager.
- Professional Certificates: CFA/CPA/CMA.
