Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role involves driving the adoption of our innovative healthcare applications among pharmacies, conducting on-site visits, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement:
- Conduct on-site visits to pharmacies to introduce and promote Aumet ERP.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.

- Sales and Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital solutions.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and feedback.

- Record Keeping:
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Use CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales processes.

Requirements:

- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare sector in Jordan.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred candidates should have an accounting background.

- Other:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
