Job Description:

As a Mobile App Developer specializing in Kony at [Company Name], your main purpose will be to design, develop, deploy, and integrate mobile apps, with a focus on Automate Fare Collection (AFC), Payment Gateway, and operational activities. Your role will involve ensuring that integrated services on mobile apps are available to customers, resolving issues as they occur, and supporting operational activities around the clock to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ad-hoc developments and the enhancement of mobile apps, including native iOS application development, FFI integration, middleware JAVA coding, and more.

Key Duties:

Ensure the availability of integrated services on mobile apps, such as AFC and Payment Gateway, and address issues promptly.
Provide 24/7 support for operational activities, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Conduct ad-hoc developments and enhancements of mobile apps.
Develop native iOS applications and integrate FFI (Foreign Function Interface).
Use middleware JAVA coding to support business requirements for internal applications.

Provide support and development for the My Qrail HRMS application's web and mobile components.
Design, develop, and integrate Kony UIs and web services.
Demonstrate skills in hybrid cross-platform application development.
Create application architectures and manage servers effectively.
Solve problems creatively and effectively, working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
Familiarize yourself with each stage of the software lifecycle, including user studies, feasibility, estimation, design, implementation, integration, testing, and acceptance.
Collaborate within a team and work with dedication to meet strict deadlines.
Develop and support middleware for the AFC/CWP application.

Skills:

Required Skills:

Education: University Degree in IT (e.g., BCA/MCA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
Experience in migration and updates.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Professional Training: Mobile Technologies.
Languages: JavaScript, Java, SQL.
Web Services: Web API.
Databases: SQL Server 2016.
