Job Responsibilities for Waitress:

1. Capability to Perform Repetitious Duties:

5. Setting Up/Opening and Closing the Restaurant:
- Assist in the setup and opening of the restaurant, as well as in closing procedures.

6. Explaining Daily Specials/Chef Recommendations:
- Provide detailed explanations of daily specials and chef recommendations to customers.

7. Taking Orders and Entering into POS System:
- Efficiently take customer orders and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.

8. Serving Food and Drinks:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to presentation.

9. Liaising with Bartenders and Runners:
- Collaborate with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

10. Ensuring Guest Satisfaction:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home and well-cared for throughout their dining experience.

11. Clearing Empty Plates and Glasses:
- Remove empty plates, glasses, and condiments once guests have finished their meals.

12. Cleaning the Restaurant:
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and common areas.

13. Cleaning Applicable Operational Equipment:
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of operational equipment.

14. Re-Stocking Service Areas:
- Monitor and restock service areas to ensure availability of necessary supplies.

15. Re-Stocking Condiments:
- Keep condiment stations well-stocked and organized.
