Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Payment Monitoring: Track and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely collections from parents, reducing the number of overdue accounts.

- Communication: Proactively reach out to parents regarding upcoming payments, overdue balances, and available payment plans, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and minimize overdue accounts, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

- Reporting: Regularly update management on the status of collections, providing insights into challenges and highlighting any outstanding balances.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding payments in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical conduct.
