Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relations and Telesales Executive
Objective:
As a Customer Relations and Telesales Executive, your primary objective is to manage customer relationships effectively while generating sales revenue through outbound telesales activities. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, while proactively reaching out to prospects to promote products or services and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to assist.
2. Outbound Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted prospects using provided leads or generated lists.
- Introduce products or services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make purchases or schedule appointments.
3. Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and purchasing intent through effective questioning and active listening.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within organizations and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
4. Sales Pitch Development:
- Develop and refine sales scripts and pitches to effectively communicate product or service value propositions and overcome objections.
- Customize sales presentations based on prospect demographics, industry, and individual preferences.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers by providing ongoing support, follow-up communication, and personalized assistance.
- Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by customers and ensure timely resolution.
7. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects to identify opportunities for product or service improvements and market expansion.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Office-based or remote work, depending on company policies and requirements. May involve working in a call center environment with high call volumes and performance metrics.
