Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of document control processes and procedures. Your primary duties will include:

- Control and manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Maintain an organized system for storing project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant materials.
- Utilize document control logs and trackers to monitor the status of documents and ensure timely completion.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution, verifying that they comply with company standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that documents are properly formatted and meet established guidelines.
- Handle document requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve document control processes and procedures, implementing best practices where necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in document control or a related field is preferred.
