Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Female) - Off Plan

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of off-plan properties.
- Assist clients in buying and selling off-plan properties, providing guidance throughout the process.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure the timely completion of transactions and facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Fluency in Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is required to effectively communicate with clients.

2. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in the Dubai market, is essential.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are necessary for building relationships and closing deals.

4. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and regulations is crucial to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
