As a Graphics Designer at NORDEK, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex blockchain concepts into visually compelling assets across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with the company's brand identity and values.
- Create engaging visual content for our website, social media channels, digital advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Design user interfaces for our web3 applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive navigation.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations that effectively communicate complex blockchain concepts and features.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies within the web3 and blockchain space.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide necessary assets for web and app development.
- Maintain consistency in design standards and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and conduct user testing to optimize visual elements for maximum impact and usability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the technology or blockchain industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralized applications is a plus.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt and learn new skills and take on challenges; role will not only be limited to making graphics.
