Head of Digital Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Head of Digital Marketing at GluCare, you will spearhead our digital transformation and drive business growth initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to revolutionize healthcare while exploring new avenues for expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with our strategic objectives to maximize revenue growth and strengthen our market position.

2. Business Development: Proactively seek out business development opportunities through rigorous market research, strategic partnerships, and leveraging new and existing avenues.

3. Budget Management and ROI: Oversee the allocation of the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend across channels while meticulously measuring return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to drive profitability.

4. Market Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, understand patient needs, and analyze competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable business strategies.

5. Optimization of Digital Channels: Lead the management and optimization of performance marketing channels to enhance audience engagement, drive lead generation, and boost conversion rates.

6. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth and foster technological innovation.

7. Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and cultivate the digital and business development teams, setting clear strategic objectives and performance metrics to achieve key results.

8. Cost Management: Strategically manage spending to align with business objectives and financial forecasts, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles focusing on digital strategy and business development within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successful digital project implementation and business expansion initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent understanding of digital and marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and customer relationship management.
- Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with keen insights into healthcare market dynamics.
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
