Job Title: Operations Manager - Oil and Gas

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the delivery of multiple major projects in the oil and gas sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage project managers and project directors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain progress and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between teams and departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably with further qualifications).
- Proven experience as a project manager or director, specifically in managing large oil and gas projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of experienced project managers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
