Job Description
Job Title: Project Administrator
Requirements:
- A four-year degree is preferred, or at least coursework in the field.
- 1-5 years of prior experience in a contract administration role in the MEP industry in the UAE.
- Experience in contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts.
- Understanding of contract law principles and relevant legal and regulatory issues.
- Familiarity with various contract types, including FIDIC contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Teams).
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret contracts, including terms & conditions, pricing, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, projects, and communications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
