Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Property Listings:
- Acquire property listings through networking, prospecting, and generating leads.
- Assess properties to determine their market value and potential for sale or rental.

- Client Relations:
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in making decisions related to property transactions.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the transaction process.

- Marketing and Promotion:
- Market properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing strategies to reach potential buyers or tenants.

- Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to close beneficial deals.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

- Documentation and Legal Compliance:
- Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and contracts.

- Market Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with current trends, prices, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.

- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client concerns, questions, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Networking:
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, lawyers, mortgage lenders, and other professionals.

- Continuous Learning:
- Keep abreast of changes in the real estate market, industry practices, and legal requirements through ongoing education and professional development.

- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
