Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Identify and target potential clients in the target market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning our services to meet their expectations.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our recruitment capabilities and solutions.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the recruitment industry.
Analyze industry data to tailor our services and value propositions to address market demands effectively.

Business Proposal and Negotiation:

Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients, ensuring win-win situations for both parties.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with the management team to define sales targets, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on their potential for successful business.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the management team on the status of leads and opportunities.
Track and report on sales activities, including calls, meetings, and conversions.

Promotion and Marketing:

Promote our recruitment services through participation in industry events, workshops, seminars, and other networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Share valuable insights with the team to enhance our recruitment processes and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and sales within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
