Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.

2. Industry Understanding:
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitors.

3. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

5. Deal Negotiation:
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the Middle East, preferably in UAE.

2. Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.

3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
