Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist / Business Development Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking activities, establishing a strong pipeline of leads for the business.

- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, identify opportunities, and analyze competitor offerings. Use this data to provide actionable insights that inform and enhance the sales strategy.

- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company's products/services as optimal solutions.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align messaging and refine offerings based on client feedback and market demands.

- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence, including entering new markets and identifying new business opportunities.

- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring that all sales targets and KPIs are met.

- Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management, providing recommendations for future growth strategies.

- Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the same or a related industry.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
