Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Sales Efficiency: Evaluate and make recommendations to ensure the sales function operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Customer Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints with a friendly and composed demeanor, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team, fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety protocols are implemented, maintained, and audited to comply with company standards.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks related to sales, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed correctly.
- Housekeeping Procedures: Ensure that housekeeping procedures are implemented, maintained, and regularly audited to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Sales Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- People Development: Focus on the development and leadership of the sales team, providing training, support, and opportunities for growth.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the sales function, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market share.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Business qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG industry is required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Financial & Marketing: Proficient in financial management and marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
