Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building and Networking:
- Actively pursue, build, and maintain relationships within the industry and community to generate and enhance business opportunities.
- Network effectively to expand the company's presence and influence in the market.

2. Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Research and gather information on potential clients, projects, and target markets.
- Identify and track future business opportunities, updating business development plans accordingly.

3. Business Commitments and Strategic Initiatives:
- Make commitments on behalf of the firm under the direction of supervisors.
- Participate in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Prior experience in business development, preferably in Civil Construction within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, maintaining, and expanding a client base.

- Skills:
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong research abilities to gather and analyze market information effectively.
- Facilitation skills to manage client interactions and negotiations.

- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification related to the construction industry.
