Job Title: Telesales Representative

Roles & Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities from the given prospects list.
- Product Presentation: Persuasively present product and service information to potential customers.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Qualification

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of any regional language is a plus.
