Job Title: Waitress
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Good English Communication Skills:
- Must possess excellent English communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Greeting and Presenting Menus:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and present menus promptly.
- Menu Suggestions:
- Make informed menu suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Order Management:
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Up-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to up-sell additional items and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Table Settings:
- Arrange table settings to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Table Maintenance:
- Keep tables clean and tidy throughout the dining experience.
- Quality Control:
- Check products for quality before serving to customers.
- Check Delivery and Payment:
- Deliver checks promptly and collect payments from customers.
- Communication:
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with serving and kitchen staff.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations, as well as customer service guidelines.
- Provided Amenities:
- Take advantage of provided accommodation, transportation, and meals to facilitate your job responsibilities.
- Service Charge:
- Enjoy additional compensation through a service charge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health department rules and regulations.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good multitasking and organizational abilities.
