**Key Accountabilities:**
- Design and implement end-to-end processes for planning, implementing, and managing services, order matching, quality tracking, vendor/service provider accounts management, systems integration, order operations, and customer retention.
- Be a trusted partner for both service providers and clients, improving use-case and service functionality.
- Design and implement vetting processes for the highest seller on-boarding quality.
- Understand the customer journey and constantly test and develop ways to improve it.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Design and implement CRM plans and activities, collaborating with the software development team for user-friendly app specifications.
- Lead, nurture, educate, and inspire the Operations team to flawlessly implement the business.
- Monitor and improve KPIs to ensure team performance against aligned targets.
- Work with upper management to align on project plans and support joint operational capabilities with partners.
- Create a culture of innovation through a growth mindset and proactive problem-solving.
- Drive and influence problem-solving activities, demonstrating end-to-end process thinking.
**Job Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience as a Marketplace Operations Manager.
- Experience in SaaS/B2B/Marketplace companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of people/team leadership experience.
- Passion for technology and the gig economy.
- Experience in creating a GTM strategy and execution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with data system concepts and databases.
- Ability to multitask with an awareness of tight deadlines.
