IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain network performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows servers, Microsoft Office 365, and automation.
- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
- Understand network services and networks such as TCP/IP and routing protocols.
- Possess practical knowledge of networking systems, including LAN, switches, firewalls, routers, and printers.
- Analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure efficient operation.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and manage CCTV surveillance systems.
- Manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation.
- Communicate technical information to both technical team members and coworkers in other departments.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in network administration.
- Network knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network problems.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Time-management and strong documentation skills.
- Network hardware configuration and performance tuning.
