Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new B2B clients and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the education, corporate, and government sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively align sales strategies with our company’s objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients, focusing on educational institutions, corporations, and government sectors within Saudi Arabia.

2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets, including conducting market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation.

4. Meetings and Presentations: Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present e-learning solutions, customize offerings to client needs, and negotiate contracts.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and sales pitches that address client needs and demonstrate the value of the company’s products and services.

6. Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities, identify emerging markets, and recommend new products and services to expand the company’s presence in the Saudi Arabian market.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with the company’s overall strategy and incorporate client feedback.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline management. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

9. Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest e-learning technologies. Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Location: Native to Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local market, culture, and business landscape. Willing to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

- Education: Master’s degree or Post-Graduation from a reputable institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the e-learning, education, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing B2B clients, with experience in negotiating and closing deals.

- Skills:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
2. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
4. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
