Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead sales strategies and cultivate client relationships in Riyadh. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed company sales targets.

- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to achieve or surpass sales targets and goals.

- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover opportunities for business growth.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and strategies.

- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

- Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and developments, offering valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

- Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and marketing, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in corporate sales, with a proven track record, preferably within the same industry.

- Sales Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, with a strong understanding of the Riyadh business environment and corporate market.

- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.

- Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of leading a team to success.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic.

- Licensing: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license.
