Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
SANA for Ele & Tel Co., Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department with a variety of administrative duties. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between HR and employees, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. This role involves a wide range of activities, from maintaining employee records to assisting in the recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management: Assist in maintaining the employee database, including Iqama, insurance, vacation records, and more.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Record Keeping: Compile and update employee records, both in hard copy and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Documentation & Reporting: Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Employee Assistance: Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations, providing clear and timely responses.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange air tickets for employees as needed.
- Grievance Handling: Properly manage complaints and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and support the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees, helping them acclimate to the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Nationality: Indian Nationals Only
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or in a similar human resources/administrative position.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with fast typing skills. Basic knowledge of the Saudi Absher platform and other HR-related platforms is required.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Language Proficiency: Multilingual capability in Indian languages is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
