Job Title: Intellectual Property (IP) Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies for our intellectual property products and services, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, capable of engaging potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales goals by providing tailored IP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Design and implement robust sales strategies for intellectual property products and services to drive business growth.

- Client Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs to provide appropriate IP solutions.

- Lead Generation: Identify and target new prospects within the intellectual property sector, and establish new sales channels.

- Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of intellectual property assets.

- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals effectively, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform and refine sales strategies.

- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, marketing, and development teams to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions for IP clients.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the intellectual property sector or a related industry.

- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of intellectual property fundamentals and legal frameworks.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
