Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets and objectives, focusing on B2B customers.
- Market Expansion: Identify and approach new MEP consultants and contractors to expand the customer base.
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations to showcase product benefits, features, and applications.
- Customer Support: Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate products and solutions for their needs.
- Production & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze current market conditions, including pricing trends, market share, and competitor activity, to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments within the company to ensure that all customer requirements are met promptly and accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in HVAC products and duct manufacturing solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills and proven ability to negotiate effectively.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and duct manufacturing products, with the ability to provide technical advice to clients.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information to support decision-making.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities with the capability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Teamwork: A team player with an articulate and professional personality.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- License: Valid KSA Driving License with access to own vehicle is required.
