Job Description: Store Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
- Verify incoming quantities and receipts of spare parts against required documents.
- Organize and maintain an inventory allocation system on store shelves.
- Recommend stocking of spares and optimize inventory levels.
- Issue inventory spares to technicians with supervisor approval and update records in Oracle Fusion (OF).

2. Procurement:
- Raise purchase requisitions (PR) to replenish spare parts or stock items when running low.

3. Work Order Support:
- Assist in ensuring work orders (WO) are properly filled in, endorsed, and returned by technicians.
- Ensure diesel stock is sufficient for operational needs at all times.

4. Housekeeping and Waste Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the store and storage areas.
- Manage housekeeping in the store, including open storage and workshop scrap/oil storage areas.
- Oversee waste management within the workshop premises.

5. Procedure Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to work orders (WO) and procedures in Oracle Fusion.
- Assist in generating store reports.

6. Asset Verification:
- Submit asset verification reports to the Inventory Officer/EM quarterly.

Skills:

1. Education and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics/Management is an added advantage.

2. Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Store Inventory Management.

3. Communication Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional communication skills are advantageous.

4. Software Knowledge:
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle-based inventory management software (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Oracle-based store inventory systems like Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.
- PC knowledge with regular office software.

5. Personal Attributes:
- Self-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Language Skills:
- Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
