Job Title: Sales Executive (Female Only)

Roles & Responsibilities

Local Market Sales:
- Identify and target local businesses in the UAE within the food service industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Present and promote food products, services, and solutions to potential clients within the UAE market.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with local clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries promptly, resolve any issues, and provide excellent customer support.
- Continuously gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Product Expertise:
- Stay informed about local market trends, food regulations, and emerging culinary preferences within the UAE.
- Offer clients expert guidance on menu planning and product selection tailored to the local market.

Sales Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations in accordance with local market requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, meetings, and progress reports.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective local sales and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient product delivery within the UAE.
- Keep in close contact with the culinary team to understand and cater to local customer preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales executive role, specifically within the food service industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- Skills: Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and proficiency in sales documentation and reporting.
- Language: Proficiency in English is preferred.
- License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required).
- Availability: Can join immediately.

Compensation

- Pay: AED 4,500.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month.
