Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of queries and issues.
- Assisting customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers for experiences.
- Coordinating with our partners to book and confirm details of experiences on behalf of customers.
- Handling physical orders and coordinating delivery via couriers.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize impact on customers and the company.
- Utilizing all available resources to find solutions for customers, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
- Paying close attention to detail to ensure accurate assistance to customers.
- Working collaboratively within a team to contribute to a positive and supportive workplace environment.
- Being flexible in work hours and responsibilities, ready to assist with customer inquiries and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Must be residing in Dubai and possess a valid residence visa.
- Proven experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Flexibility in work hours and responsibilities.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
