Job Opportunity: Risk Manager Responsibilities: - Risk Oversight: - Provide effective independent oversight of the company's Finance risks under the direction of the Board &amp; Risk Committee. - Risk Management Framework: - Develop and implement a risk management framework with appropriate tools for the measurement, reporting, and control of the company's Finance's financial and non-financial risks. - Risk Appetite Framework: - Develop a risk appetite framework, aligning with the Board’s stated risk tolerance, expressed in a limited structure for all business lines. - Monitoring and Reporting: - Monitor risk-taking activities and report adherence to limits to the Risk Committee. - Collaboration and Committees: - Collaborate with the CEO and participate in committees such as ECL committee, Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO), Anti-Fraud Committee, Cyber Security Committee, and Policy and Procedures Committee. - Business Continuity Planning: - Develop and maintain the organization's business continuity plans and procedures. - Risk Assessments: - Conduct risk assessments, develop recovery strategies, and test plans to ensure effectiveness. - Disruption Preparedness: - Work with other departments to ensure the organization is prepared for potential disruptions, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, and unforeseen events. Skills: - Relevant Experience: - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Risk Management. - Analytical Skills: - Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks, and controls. - Risk Metrics: - Familiarity with Credit Loss as % of Outstanding, NPL as % of Portfolio, and managing Risk Appetite with action items. - Communication: - Good communicator with exceptional risks and issues management and change control skills. - Interpersonal Skills: - Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management. - Language Proficiency: - Excellent command of English (verbal/written).
