Irwin & Dow is a boutique, business support and secretarial agency, founded in 2013 by Tracey Irwin. We offer bespoke, highly tailored recruitment solutions to their clients; global, multi-national organisations and predominant local businesses, as well as government entities and private UHNW individuals across the UAE and wider GCC market. ​Tracey Irwin (Founder & Managing Director) has lived in the region for over 25 years. A dedicated recruitment professional, with over 15 years'​. She has been privileged to be part of the UAE's emergence into the global business hub that is has become today, assisting many organizations establish their regional teams here. She is Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) certified out of the UK, and both Tracey and her team are committed to upholding best practice, world class recruitment standards and providing outstanding service to clients and candidates.
