Provide accurate estimates for service costs and repair timelines to manage customer expectations. 4. Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow to ensure timely service delivery. 5. Act as a liaison between customers and our technical team, facilitating clear communication and efficient service. 6. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to estimated costs or completion times. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products that could benefit the customer's vehicle. 8. Explain the value and necessity of recommended services to customers to empower them to make informed decisions. 9. Maintain meticulous records of services performed, customer interactions, and transaction details for future reference. 10. Prepare and present service reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. 11. Handle billing and payment processing accurately and promptly, resolving any discrepancies efficiently. 12. Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections to ensure quality standards are met. 13. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions. 14. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 15. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
