Key Responsibilities:

1. Barista Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.

- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee/espresso preparation.

- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.

2. Waitress/Waiter Duties:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

3. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

4. Maintain Cleanliness:

- Keep the coffee preparation and serving areas clean and organized.

- Assist in general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista and/or waitress/waiter is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
