Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of construction projects to ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Collaborate with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any construction-related issues and provide technical guidance as necessary.

Oversee the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and quality control records.

Monitor and manage construction budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to bring innovative solutions to project challenges.

Foster a culture of safety and quality within the project team, emphasizing the importance of adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid UAE Driver's License.

Arabic Nationality.

4-7 years of work experience in civil engineering.

Proficiency in the English language.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Knowledge of construction management software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
