Job Opening: F&B Operations Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial services to Food and Beverage Manager and general F&B operations (Kitchen & Service).
- Assist with menu design, and printing for all outlets and banquet/events.
- Assist with payroll management, leave applications, all data concerning the F&B department.
- Coordinate the screening of all applicants for employment.
- Ensure all Banquet Event Orders (BEO), Amenity Requests, and Personnel records are maintained accurately and securely.
- Ensure that BEO sheet is fully prepared at least 48 hours before the event.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Assist F&B Operations when needed in delivering exceptional guest services.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Proficient in secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with menu design and printing processes.
- Knowledge of payroll management and leave application procedures.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to assist in various tasks within the department.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services.
