Job Description: Female Sales Associate Secretary (Preferred Arabic Speaking)

Main Objective

A well-established company is seeking a skilled Female Sales Associate Secretary to join their growing team. This role will play a crucial part in driving the business forward by connecting with potential clients, showcasing products/services, closing deals, and handling various operational duties as assigned by the management team.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels.

Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Perform a wide variety of clerical/secretarial and operational support activities.

Schedule meetings professionally.

Handle information requests.

Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.

Manage spreadsheets.

Coordinate office management activities.

Maintain office procedures.

Assist in monitoring cash handling, register opening, and closing procedures.

Responsible for creating reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in the same field.

2-4 years of experience.
