Job Description
Job Title: HR System / Platform Development and Implementation Specialist
General Characteristics (Job Summary):
As an HR System / Platform Development and Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to lead the development and implementation of HR Systems and Platforms in alignment with established Policies and Procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR manager to identify and implement HR Platforms to effectively support project delivery based on organizational requirements.
Define the HR business model and HR processes within the Human Capital Management system.
Customize the HRMS system with self-service modules to meet organizational needs.
Transition HR processes to full delivery mode.
Design HR dashboards for management updates and prepare monthly MIS reports.
Utilize standard functionalities of the HR platform across all modules.
Ensure comprehensive testing of the system, including integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Develop training materials for Super and End Users.
Update master data in the HR platform.
Provide ongoing support for the HR Platform.
Coordinate and resolve system issues in collaboration with solution providers.
Skills:
Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Prior experience in a mature HRIS function within a large multinational business.
Knowledge:
