QA/QC

Job Description

We are currently seeking a QA QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) professional with a minimum of 7 years of UAE experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing QA/QC documents and processes for projects. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Responsibilities:

Managing QA/QC documents for the entire project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other essential QA/QC documents.

Developing and establishing standards for inspections and tests, overseeing testing methods, and maintaining high-quality standards for all project processes.

Reviewing the quality of materials on the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, and coordinating with the procurement department for the procurement of quality materials.

Supervising the implementation of test and inspection schedules, ensuring procedural adherence, and coordinating with various teams to conduct quality audits on processes.

Assisting employees in understanding quality standards, ensuring compliance with quality manuals and procedures, and collaborating with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality.

Managing equipment lifting, handling the efficient storage of hazardous materials, and conducting quality audits per the required schedule.

Monitoring an efficient system, recording project activities, and analyzing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Managing work methods, staying informed about quality assurance standards, monitoring continuous application of quality assurance processes, and recommending corrective actions for operations.

Developing a method statement for activities, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and inspection test plans and checklists based on project specifications.

Liaising with the Technical Engineer for the submission of material submittals to the Consultant.

Coordinating with the Consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspections.
