Role Overview:

As a Sports Facilities Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for onboarding 10-15 sports facilities to our platform within a two-month timeframe. Your focus will be on providing outsourced sales services, with a primary emphasis on face-to-face interactions with facility owners in the Abu Dhabi area.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel Management:

Initiate first contact with sports facilities.

Conduct compelling sales presentations and meetings.

Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.

Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.

Secure signed contracts with business owners.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong relationships with sports organizations.

Demonstrate confidence, persuasive skills, and professionalism in negotiations.

Represent our name with integrity and enthusiasm.


Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

New graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Speaking Arabic and English is required.

Payment Structure:

Compensation is based on successful contracts secured.

Note: Visits, calls, or initial contacts will not impact payment.

Payment: 300 AED per successful contract secured.

Performance Assessment:

Positive customer experiences are highly valued.

Feedback from parties involved will be considered in performance evaluations, potentially influencing payment.
