Job Description

Accounting Responsibilities:

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update and reconcile accounts receivable/accounts payable and banks, including issuing invoices and paying suppliers and employee salaries.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements following legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Help review expenses, payroll records, and ensure activities comply with company policies and government requirements.
Update financial data in databases for accurate and readily available information.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports or ad-hoc reports.
Calculate taxes, prepare, and submit tax returns.

Other Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Perform additional duties as requested by Management.
Coordinate and liaise between the company, Government Authorities, and Banks.


Our ideal candidate is organized, flexible, detail-oriented, a female graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and two or more years of experience in the business consultancy sector.


Certified Public Accountant.
Knowledge and experience with MS Office and Accounting Software, e.g., QuickBooks.
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and adaptable with a pleasing disposition.
Discretion with personal and confidential information.
A good relationship with various banks and financial companies is a plus.
