Job Description: Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets through appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge. Your duties will include maintaining counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, promoting products, and upholding grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty
- Address customer queries and provide assistance in product selection and usage
- Advise customers on product ranges and demonstrate usage and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and track sales performance
- Ensure merchandising standards are met as per brand guidelines
- Assist in stock replenishment and report stock shortages

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in the beauty industry
