Job Title: School Bus Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly interior of the bus.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students during transit, enforcing appropriate behavior.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate authorities.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on safety protocols and regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the safety and security of all passengers.

Qualifications:
- The candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English, Nepalese, and/or Hindi.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
