The Middle East and North Africa Region Vice-Presidency (MNA) serves a population of 355 million across 20 countries. As part of MNA's strategy to enhance client services, Reimbursable Advisory Services (RAS) play a pivotal role, particularly in high- and middle-income countries. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Country Department (MNC05) oversees the provision of RAS to member states, covering core World Bank areas of competence such as Equitable Growth, Finance, and Institutions; Human Development; and Sustainable Development. The World Bank Country Office in Abu Dhabi manages relations with the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other stakeholders, overseeing the RAS program in the UAE.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an E T Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for portfolio monitoring and implementation, budget management, client relations, and various administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of Reimbursable Advisory Services in the UAE.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Monitoring and Implementation including Budget and Billing
- Client/Country Relations
- Country Office Duties

Selection Criteria:

- Master’s degree in economics, business, project management, international development, or related field, or equivalent, with 2 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to teamwork and knowledge-sharing
- English and Arabic fluency
- Strong knowledge of the UAE political economy and institutions
