Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing creative marketing initiatives and working closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing a marketing strategy, vision, and concepts, providing hands-on guidance to both internal and external teams.
Generating innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design ideas.
Mentoring and training more junior designers to create usable ideas that streamline solutions across existing and emerging platforms, setting design standards for the team and department.
Managing the design and production of all marketing assets meant for online and offline communications channels, including web banners, social media posts, email marketing layouts, print ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
Qualifications:

Open to Arabic and European nationals
Age between 28 to 44 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or other related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience related to retail marketing (fashion, beauty, luxury brands)
Experience in digital marketing
Experience in the creative/design industry with a strong portfolio rooted in digital visual designs using professional tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, and other graphic design software)
