Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales efforts. In this role, you will act as a point of contact for customers, assist sales representatives with various tasks, process customer orders, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Sales Support:
- Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process and achieve sales targets.

3. Order Processing:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and address any issues or concerns related to orders.

4. Documentation:
- Prepare sales contracts, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

5. Coordination:
- Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other team members to fulfill customer orders.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of building materials and construction products (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
