Job Title: Outdoor Sr. Sales Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sr. Sales Executive to join our subsidiary in Abu Dhabi. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting our products to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Description:

1. Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain prescribed sales standards for tyre and battery sales operations, enhancing company and brand image.

2. Business Objectives: Meet or exceed allocated sales targets to drive business growth.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Exceed Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and foster repeat sales.

4. Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems, ensuring the logging of prospects to expand the customer base.

5. Cash and Credit Control: Handle cash and credit customers in accordance with company procedures to ensure financial security.

6. Improvement and Upgrading: Continuously update knowledge of product range, industry trends, and selling techniques to enhance performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Competencies and Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in battery sales/car lubricant sales for B2B/Outdoor.
- Mandatory UAE experience.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborating within a diverse team.
