Assistant Branch Manager

Position Title: Immigration Team Manager

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the immigration industry (Canada/Australia/Europe).

Education:

- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

- Manage a team of Immigration Consultants and Administrators in Dubai.

- Ensure the team delivers high-quality services to clients consistently.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the immigration consultants.

- Lead the team effectively, demonstrating management experience.

2. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.

- Take accountability and responsibility for all actions.

3. Knowledge of Immigration Programs:

- Possess good knowledge of immigration programs, especially Canada/Australia/Europe.

- Familiarity with Business programs is essential.

4. Communication:

- Communicate effectively both internally and externally.

- Present information in a clear and concise manner.

5. Continuous Training:

- Ensure the team is updated with the latest immigration processes and legislation.

- Act as the first point of contact for any escalations.

6. Value Addition:

- Add value to company services by offering expert advice in all matters related to immigration.

7. Audits and Compliance:

- Manage immigration audits for legal requirements and local practices.

- Implement process improvements to meet necessary standards for immigration processing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the immigration industry.

- Knowledgeable about immigration programs, particularly in Canada/Australia/Europe.

- Experience managing a team of Immigration Consultants.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Clear attention to detail and the ability to take accountability for actions.

- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.

- Continuous learning and staying updated on immigration processes and legislation.

- Ability to handle escalations and provide leadership in resolving issues.
